This month, we finished one set of ZC-180H corrugated pipe line commissioning and acceptance in our factory.
This client comes from Turkey. This January, this client ordered this ZC-180H line, equipped with moulds in various sizes - OD50, 75, 90 and 110mm. To ensure top-tier performance, we used the finest quality parts globally. From Hardening Treated Mold Blocks to Germany Continental Rubber Hoses, SIEMENS Drivers to Germany Flender Gearboxes, JAPAN IKO Bearings, and more, which is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Fast forward to today, and we're delighted to report the successful completion of the trial and acceptance for OD75mm and OD110mm. The production speed of double wall corrugated pipe reached to 12m/min for OD75mm.
As we enter the final phase of this project, we anticipate shipping the machine within the next two weeks.
