Last month, ZhongyunTech trialed a set of ZC-300H to produce OD350mm and ID110mm double wall corrugated pipes successfully.
This line was purchased by the largest plastic pipe supplier from Britain. It is equipped with Germany Flender Gearbox, Siemens AC motor for Extruder, Siemens Servo motors for corrugator, as well as American Vacuum pump, anodized mold blocks etc.
This is also the first ZC-300H line to Britain market.
Till now, we have completed two successful productions of OD350mm and ID110mm double wall corrugated pipe, and customers have given high praise to the production line.
ZC-300H can produce:
1. Electric conduits:
OD63, 75, 90, 110, 120, 160, 180, 200, 250, 315mm.
2. Drainage double wall corrugated pipes:
ID100, 150, 200, 250, 300mm.
