On July 30, 2026, ZhongyunTech hosted a Factory Open Day, welcoming client representatives from multiple global markets to its manufacturing base. Through facility tours, technical exchanges, and live machine demonstrations, visitors gained first-hand insight into ZhongyunTech's capabilities in corrugated pipe machinery R&D, precision manufacturing, and customized solutions.
During the event, guests toured the R&D center, machining workshops, and assembly workshops. They observed the complete manufacturing workflow—from product design and core component processing to final machine assembly—experiencing ZhongyunTech's end-to-end capabilities from initial design to final delivery.
In the design department, the team showcased ZhongyunTech's expertise in pipe structural design. Powered by Siemens digital R&D tools, the team uses 3D modeling and CAE simulation to test and optimize pipe structures. This approach reduces pipe weight per meter while meeting performance requirements, helping clients reduce raw material consumption and improve production economics.
A major highlight was the trial run of a ZC-1200H corrugated pipe line for an overseas client. The live demonstration showcased ZhongyunTech's expertise in large-diameter corrugated pipe machinery, efficient and stable operation, and customized delivery. Guests highly praised both the engineering design capabilities and overall machine performance.
The Factory Open Day strengthened communication between ZhongyunTech and its international partners, driving in-depth discussions on technical applications, product needs, and future cooperation.
