ZhongyunTech believes high quality corrugated pipe machine demands both great design and extreme manufacturing precision. Even tiny machining deviations can compromise machine stability and final pipe quality. In late 2025, ZhongyunTech introduced China's first German GROB G750T 5-axis machining center. With its stable horizontal structure, high-torque motorized spindle, and 5-axis linkage technology, it efficiently machines complex, high-precision components, crafting critical equipment parts to higher standards.
New manufacturing capabilities improve precision, efficiency, and quality. For example, outer sleeve of die head clamping drops from 4 to 2 times. Fewer setups reduce re-positioning errors. The accuracy reaches 0.006 mm, and the surface roughness Ra is 0.4 μm–1.6 μm. The single-piece cycle is cut from 621 to 240 minutes. The new process increases efficiency by 30%–50% over traditional methods.
