Recently, we completed the trial and acceptance of one set of ZC-600H corrugated pipe line for a European customer. In this trial, we made two key optimizations to improve energy efficiency and realized an energy saving of 38 kWh per hour!
One of the most significant improvements was replacing the standard motor with a PMS motor. Test results show that, under the same operating conditions, the PMS motor can achieve 10% energy savings, reducing consumption by 23 kWh per hour compared to traditional asynchronous motors.
Additionally, we also upgraded the vacuum system. The optimized design consumes 15 kWh per hour less energy than conventional system, directly lowering operating costs and emissions.
In total, this machine saves 38 kWh per hour. If you run the machine 200 days per year, it will help you save 182,400 kWh each year, greatly reduce your production cost.
