We're excited to share that our factory successfully completed the trial and acceptance of the ZC-180H for producing triple-wall corrugated pipes. These pipes feature a smooth inner wall for better flow, a corrugated middle layer for strength, and a wear-resistant outer wall for durability. The layers are tightly bonded, forming a strong structure built for underground use.
Triple-wall corrugated pipes are designed to address common underground piping challenges such as uneven soil pressure and external impacts, leading to deformation, cracks, and wear over time. With their enhanced ring stiffness, triple-wall corrugated pipes are stronger than traditional double-wall pipes, better resisting external pressures while their smooth, durable outer surface helps prevent damage and extends their lifespan. With the upgraded ZC-180H line, our existing system can now produce triple-wall corrugated pipes with stronger ring stiffness and a smooth, durable outer layer, making them more reliable in tough conditions.
