This month, we successfully completed the commissioning and acceptance of one set of ZC-2000H line for our client at our factory. This line can produce ID800mm-OD2000mm corrugated pipes.
Till now, this client has purchased 7 sets of ZhongyunTech machines to produce corrugated pipes from OD75mm to ID1500mm, including 3 sets of ZC-2000H line and 3 sets of ZC-1200H line.
They were originally producing large diameter spiral pipes for sewage&storm water application. The large-diameter corrugator machine from ZhongyunTech offered them an option to switch to corrugated pipes. As the pipe weight of corrugated pipe is 30% lower than that of spiral pipes in average(for same diameter and same stiffness); the production speed of corrugated pipe is 5 times higher than spiral pipe. The total cost of corrugated pipe is much lower due to less material consumed, meanwhile, production efficiency is higher.
After this client recognized the huge advantages of corrugated pipes after they purchased the first ZC-2000H line for ID1050--ID1500mm pipes, they continued to put another two orders for 2 sets of ZC-2000H lines in 2022 and 2023 individually.
